ATTENTION Members:
Since August 2009 I have been diligently supporting the efforts of Eric General for a buyout by Daily 24 Fitness/EG Enterprises. As part of our agreement, I took the position as the aerobic coordinator and instructor to allow ALL owner and operating decisions to be made by Eric General.
During this process, the steps that needed to be taken did not materialize properly for this to happen and no official sanction of a potential contract could be agreed upon. Eldersburg Fitness's business license and club registration was due for renewal with the expectation of Daily 24 Fitness to provide its own license and registration. After speaking with the State of Maryland Office of the Attorney General, it was discovered that Daily 24 Fitness has never been registered. While this was happening Eldersburg Fitness's registration expired and DUE TO MR GENERAL the financial status of the club had deteriorated to an unrecoverable degree. In order to protect your membership contracts and billing, I was instructed to close and stop all billing.
Due to the fact that the The State of Maryland Office of the Attorney General does not have any records of Daily 24 Fitness or Eric General, the contracts for Daily 24 Fitness are under investigation.
Any member that has paid membership dues to Daily 24 Fitness for February 2010; will need to contact: The Office of the State of Maryland Attorney General Consumer Protection Divisions web site to file any concerns or complaints
I understand that for some this is a difficult change and I hope that you truly understand the necessary steps I had to take to protect US ALL. My intentions were to try to continue and provide you with a comforting place to work out. Unfortunately, Mr Generals decision to cut ALL my hours and my classes made this a difficult task to do. I will miss everyone and the body shapes for women family will forever be in my heart.

On February 12th, 2010 BodyShapes for Women had to close for business. After several attempts to merge and sell the facility to EG Enterprises / Daily 24 Fitness, owned and operated by Eric General we were unable to come to terms. Due to DAILY 24 FITNESS'S OWNER, Mr General, the misappropriation of funds and non payment of all the gyms bills the gym was forced to close the doors. There is no affiliation what so ever between Eric General or any of his businesses or corporations having to do with Eldersburg Fitness, BodyShapes for Women or Tracy Ackerman.
